Halloween 2012

First of all, we hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween yesterday full of fun! We all had fun, and Connor had a very, very cute Dragon costume! I decided about half way through the day that i should dress up, and managed to squeeze myself into an old dress, and did my hair and makeup and was a Princess.

Caleb had work all day so we didn't even think about him dressing up. And he made sure to take some pictures with his cute little dragon boy. Connor's biggest smiles are always when Daddy is home. At this point he wasn't upset about having to wear his costume haha

Look, our Dragon can fly!

When Caleb headed over to his part time job that is between his shifts, Connor and i went down to Main Street with our good friend Marne, and four cute 4-year olds. There was trick-or-treating from the shops, and it was alot of fun to be able to take Connor!

Marne's twin nephew and niece, Connor, Marne's daughter Rachel, and a good friend Danielle
when we started out, Connor had his costume on, but it started to get warm...
so by the end, i didn't care if he had it on. didn't want him roasting!
Connor and Mommy Trick-Or-Treating!
On a side note, i'm well aware i look as big as a cow in that picture...i've gotten very fat the last couple weeks, and my fingers have gotten so huge i had to take my wedding ring off, which made me sad. Caleb had to help me get it off and i was in tears because it was so stuck! :( i'm in the 15th week, so i'm very sad that i'm already fat and huge.

When we got home we waited for Daddy to come home from one job, and leave for the next. Connor decided to get into his Halloween candy! the little stinker. i was glad i didn't collect him very much. He downed it all, half of it with the paper because i didn't open them, thinking he would leave them alone. boy was i wrong!

Apparantly after Caleb got to his part time job at Papa Murphy's they said he needed to go back and put on a costume. we had missed the memo that they were all supposed to wear one...they told him to put on his uniform if he didn't have anything else, so thats what he did. when he got home i made us take family pictures in our costumes! Connor was the main focal point...the Dragon! Mommy was a Princess, because Dragons like to steal Princesses, and my little man stole my heart... hehehe. i thought it was a pretty brilliant reasoning. i had originally wanted Caleb to be a knight because it would fit our theme, but that wasn't going to happen, but i suppose he was just the closest thing to a modern version of my "Knight in Shining Armor"..either way, he sure is my Hero!

Connor didn't mind wearing his costume for a little while...but he got REALLY tired of it after a having it of so long lol. you can see him trying to take it off and yelling at us in several pictures

We literally had to bribe Connor with Candy to get him to sit for pictures...he wanted to tear off the costume and go play!

we tried to grab as many pictures as we could before Connor said we were done and Caleb had to go back into work.

i was trying to get him to rrrawwrrr!!!!!
this is when he decided we were done and started taking his costume off lol

I took a few more pictures just because Connor is so darn cute...and one of me because i promised my sister Melinda i would try to take a belly picture haha.

he's throwing a tantrum here because he wants his costume OFF and he wants it off now!!!!
his face was cracking me up...trying to let me know he's not about to cooperate for any more pictures!
love my little man's eyes!
That was our Halloween! Hope yours was a fabulous as ours!
